Please note our rates do vary depending on the time of year, holidays and long weekends.  We ask you to provide credit card details at time of booking or make a deposit by direct bank deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card, Diners and AMEX (surcharge applies). 

Motel Policies
No Smoking We are 100% non-smoking in our rooms, the restaurant, reception and the area immediately to the front of reception. If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was smoking in a room a guest room, a charge of $300 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge covers the cost of cleaning the carpet and other soft furnishings and bedding

We sell sleep – please respect others and be quiet after 10pm and before 7am In the interests of enjoyment, sleep and respect for all guests at the motel, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at Harvest Lodge. All guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and staff at all times. This includes a quiet period from 10pm and 7am. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to those who choose to be noisy after 10pm.

Pets We are not pet friendly, except for assistance dogs. Your pets may stay in your vehicles by prior specific arrangement, please discuss with our staff when you make your booking. Any guests who brings a pet into a room will face immediate eviction and a $300 cleaning fee for carpet and any soft furnishings effected. If there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there was a pet in a guest room, a charge of $300 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.

Cooking Cooking in guest rooms is strictly forbidden by NSW Health Authorities with the exception of the use of the kettle, toaster and microwave provided. if there is physical evidence, or smell which indicates there cooking in a room, a charge of $300 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.

Property Damage & Theft Any damage to Harvest Lodge property, whether accidental or deliberate, is the responsibility of the guest whose name is against the room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in.

Car Parking
One car only per room, cottage or bungalow. Cars must be parked in marked car park bays only. No vehicles to be washed onsite. No mechanical repairs to be undertaken on site. Car noise to be kept to a minimum at all times - no revving of vehicles on site.  

Cancellation Policy
At the time of making a reservation, all guests will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. That is, by 2pm the day prior to your booking arrival date. For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. For long weekends, festival weekends and group booking, cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to check in date. For cancellations received within this time, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund. Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed. Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests. Management Discretion 
Management is entitled to exercise discretion and either remove a booking or resell a room in the following instances:

·       If a guest arrives to check-in in an intoxicated or disruptive state

·       Has not confirmed the booking and provided a valid credit card number within 24 hours of check in

·       Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests.
